Deportation – young Tongan man came to NZ with family at age of 6 – residency granted aged 12 – aggravated robbery just within 5 year period for deportation – unjust and unduly harsh to deport but deportation upheld in public interest – whether Tribunal failed to take into account relevant considerations or applied incorrect test.
