I am sending you this email through the internet with reservations
This email, which is being sent to New Zealand lawyers, combines two old scams. The first part of the message draws on a “found money” scam, while the second uses wording from a debt collection scam commonly sent to lawyers. Referring the scammer to a colleague or competitor is not recommended.

Subject: COLLECTION SERVICE NEEDED.
I am sending you this email through the internet with reservations, basically because you may perceive my intentions wrongly.
The issue I want to unravel to you is a very classified and sensitive one.
I need a commercial litigation lawyer to handle a collection matter; I will also need a referral if this is not your line of practice.
Thank you as I look forward to your response soonest.
